Get out and about in the Northern Marianas with a wide variety of activities throughout the year.
The Marianas Coffee Trail Run, normally held in January, is an annual signature event of the Marianas Visitors Authority and offers competitors challenging trail terrain in the context of a beautiful course.
With competitors-walkers and runners-from as far away as Japan, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, the course passed through old growth plantations on Mt. Tapachao as well as the young plantation and wild coffee trees found on Navy Hill. The three coffee plantations featured in the run are just a taste of the many scenic sights that visiting athletes can enjoy along the way.
The run begins at American Memorial Park Micro Beach and headed to the peak of Mt. Tapochao, the highest point of the island, before traveling a meandering route back to the park. A shorter walking course is also available.
